Rachel originally joined us in 2017 as a rotating RVN. Upon joining, she found that her interest lay within inpatient care, enjoying the challenging but rewarding job of caring for our complex cases throughout their stay at ChesterGates. She became Wards Team Leader where she was able to do lots of one to one care with the patients but she also found a passion for supporting the inpatient care team. In January 2022, Rachel became Nurse Manager supporting our wider team of Registered Veterinary Nurses as well as our Student Veterinary Nurses.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, running and riding her horse Lily who she has had for 18 years now.
