  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), 2011

Emma started at Chestergates Veterinary Specialists in 2008 as a Student Veterinary Nurse after completing her BSc(Hons) Animal Behaviour and Welfare.  She undertook her training at Chester Veterinary Training centre and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2011. After developing an interest in anaesthesia and Soft tissue surgery she enrolled to study towards an Advanced Nursing Diploma and obtained her Dip AVN CVN in 2015. Utilising her skills Emma became Surgical Team leader in 2016. Emma has a passion for patient care and making sure their surgical experience is a positive one. She has a soft spot for a Labrador and when not at work enjoys spending time with her family and two labs, Layla and Harley.
