Booking an Appointment
In order to see one of our Specialists for the very first time you will need a referral from your primary vet. We are not able to make appointments without a referral from your local primary care vet. If you suspect that your pet needs specialist care, the first step is to speak to your local primary care vet. They will be able to assess your pet’s case and discuss with you whether or not a referral is required.
If a referral is required your vet might make an appointment via our online booking system with you present. Alternatively, they may provide you with a link to our online booking system where you can make an appointment at your leisure. Your vet will forward us any pertinent test results and history prior to your appointment. We will send you a confirmation email and our reception team will be in touch if we require any further details.
Your Pet’s Journey
We understand how stressful it is when your pet isn’t well. Our team is here to support you with expert care, discussing possible causes and treatment options to find the best plan for your pet’s health.
Payment and Insurance
At our hospital, we want to ensure that payment and insurance matters are as straightforward as possible for our clients. If you have pet insurance, we recommend bringing a claim form to your appointment, and any excess should be paid at the time of consultation.
We offer both direct and indirect claims services, but please note there is a Direct Claim Fee. For uninsured pets, full payment is required upon discharge and we’ll provide you with an estimate before any procedures are performed. Our team will keep you informed of any charges on your account.
