This free 2 hour session will cover how to tackle common medical emergencies when finances are limited. Through the analysis of real-life cases, this interactive session aims to provide valuable insights and practical strategies for approaching medical emergencies, including scenarios involving collapsed or bleeding patients. Our focus will be on developing a systematic and cost-effective approach to prioritizing investigations and treatments, ensuring that even with limited resources, optimal care is provided. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to make critical decisions in the face of financial constraints, striking a balance between effective medical interventions and budgetary considerations. This session will include refreshments and an optional tour of the hospital.
