ChesterGates achieves ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic Gold Award for the second time running

This month we have been re-accredited by The ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine) as a Cat Friendly Clinic and have retained our Gold award, which is no mean feat.

The accreditation is reviewed and re-submitted every 3 years and we have to pass rigorous assessment to demonstrate the extra steps we take to make sure our feline friends and their owners receive exceptional care, understanding and expertise.

Our practice has gone to extreme lengths to ensure that every aspect of our feline services reach ISFM Gold award status. From staff training, cat handling and communication with owners, right through to dedicated feline facilities, equipment and treatments.

We would like to say a huge thank you to referral nurse Amy-Lea Bradley, pictured here, without whom this would not have been possible. Amy championed the project and worked incredibly hard to ensure that we achieved this top level accreditation.
